How does InnovaCorp operate?

1. A first meeting allows to recognise and understand the nature of your objectives, problems and expectations
2. Our collaboration is set up on the basis of a mandate: a flat-fee agreement or an hourly mandate.
3. Throughout the process, you are kept informed of how the mandate is progressing by means of clear reports, until its completion.

Act according to the “Keep It Simple and Short” (KISS) method.
We guarantee you absolute confidentiality and discretion.
We will come and visit you at your premises if the need arises.
If necessary, we will represent you for specific services.

How does InnovaCorp fulfil its assignments?

By the day or the hour: from the start, our mandate for you is set out in a forecast. For short-term assignments, you are invoiced by the day or the hour, depending on your objectives and issues. InnovaCorp suggests operating at an hourly or daily rate.
Flat fee: in the event of a commercial audit or an assignment lasting several weeks, working on a flat-fee basis is more economical for you. InnovaCorp suggests operating on a fixed price offer.
Travel and any additional costs are invoiced separately pro rata, according to the task and mission.

What InnovaCorp commits to :

The parties are bound by an mandat contract in accordance with article 394 et seq. of the Swiss laws / Code of Obligations (CO).

“The consultant undertakes to execute the contract with care and diligence, in the sole interest of the Client. The result is never guaranteed, in particular as regards the favourable outcome of a procedure, tender or project.

Lastly, the consultant undertakes to respect absolute confidentiality as regards the content of the mandat and all the information in the documents that the Client provides.”
